Arrivals at BCN Airport, Terminal 1
After collecting your luggage, please exit into the arrivals hall. Turn the right and make you way to the Tourism office. In front of the tourism office will be met by a representative/driver holding a sign with your name. Identify yourself by showing your transfer voucher and confirming your destination.
Terminal 2
After collecting your luggage, please exit into the arrivals hall, you will be met by a representative/driver holding a sign with your name. Identify yourself by showing your transfer voucher and confirming your destination.
Arrivals at BCN Cruise Port
After collecting your luggage, proceed to the exit gate of the Terminal where your cruise has docked, where you will be met by a representative/driver holding a sign with your name and identify yourself by showing your transfer voucher.
The only exception of this is if cruising on Allure of the Seas: From this ship your driver will be waiting for you at the exit of terminal B, please make your way there once collecting your luggage.

Sants Train Station
Sants is a large station with a number of exits and platforms. When arriving from your train you will find your driver holding a sign with your name by the exit of the station next to McDonalds.
In the unlikely event you should have any difficulty in locating your designated driver, please call the following number:

Return Pick Up Confirmation
You must check your pickup time 48 hours prior to your departure by telephone: +34 93 767 28 36 during office hours.
Remember we cannot accept responsibility for clients not being collected in time when original booking details have changed and has not been reconfirmed with our agents. Please ensure you are ready at your designated pick up point at the stated time, sometimes we’re delayed due to traffic conditions, please be patient and allow us a few minutes.
Very Important Instruction to follow: To ensure you have the correct transfer service, before entering the vehicle, please verify and Check with the driver, the name on the reservation and the destination, to make sure that your journey will be covered with your voucher.

Shuttle Transfers

Arrivals at BCN Airport Terminal 1 November – March
After collecting your luggage follow the signs to the downstairs exit door of the airport. When downstairs you must take the FREE GREEN TERMINALS SHUTTLE BUS. Make your way inside Terminal 2B to the From2 Office which is found opposite checking desks 5 to 6 where you will be met by a From2travel representative at our desk located there. If there is no representative visible straight away please wait at the office for a few moments as they may be returning to the terminal from the transfer coach park

Arrivals at BCN Airport Terminal 1 April – October
After collecting your luggage exit the carousel area into arrivals and turn to your right, just in front of Catalonia Turisme office you will find a from2 representative. They are there to assist people finding our office and transferring people to their buses. If there is no representative visible straight away please wait for a few moments as they may be returning to the terminal from the coach park. Please do not go out to the coach park without first meeting our representative in the airport.
Our office in terminal 1 is by the downstairs exit door and the From2 Office, can be reached by following the sign which shows “Tour Operadors/Tour Operators/Tour Operadores”

PLEASE DO NOT MOVE FROM TERMINAL 1

Arrivals at BCN Airport Terminal 2
Your flight may come in to any of the 3 areas at Terminal 2, (A, B, or C). In the case of arrivals into Terminals 2A and 2C, after collecting your luggage you are to make your way outside the terminal and follow the signs to Terminal 2B. Make your way inside Terminal 2B to the From2 Office which is found opposite checking desks 5 to 6. Arrivals into Terminal 2B, after collecting your luggage please follow the exit signs to the arrivals hall, turn left towards the checking desks. Opposite checking desks 5 to 6 you will find our From2 Office, where you will be met by one of our representatives at our office. If there is no representative visible straight away please wait at the office for a few moments as they may be returning to the terminal from the transfer coach park.

PLEASE DO NOT MOVE FROM TERMINAL 2B

Arrivals at BCN Airport going to Andorra:
After collecting your luggage, please exit from Terminal 2B, turn left and walk along the outside of the airport. You will pass a large colorful Gaudi mural wall before arriving to Pans & Co café. Next to this café is the bus stop for the shuttle bus to Andorra. If arriving in Terminal 1 leave the airport building and go down to the ground floor to bus stops 7-12 to find the shuttle. This service departs at different times in the day, please check with your agent which service you have been booked on and be at the bus stop at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time.

BCN Cruise Port shuttle transfers
Arrival transfers to the city will be subject to the scheduled arrival time of your cruise ship to BCN Port. Please make sure to contact our representative holding a sign of From2travel at the exit gate of the terminal and identify yourself by showing your transfer voucher.
The pickup time for departure transfers to BCN airport have to be reconfirmed following the below instructions found under Return Pick Up Confirmation.
Allure of the Seas: For all customers disembarking this cruise, please note there are 2 departure terminals due to the size of the ship. You will disembark from either Terminal B or C. Your transfer will be waiting for you at the exit of Terminal B. If departing from C, please collect your luggage and go directly to B to meet your transfer.

Return Pick Up Confirmation
You must check your pickup time 24-48 hours prior to your departure by checking the website http://confirm.from2travel.com/ and following the instructions. Please also note that the pickup time will be emailed to your accommodation 48 hours before departure.
Please call to reconfirm 24 hours prior to departure date if no email has been received, or you were unable to access to your details using the web confirmation.
